All members, or former members, having a valid email address already have an account. For those who haven't already accessed their account, it is important not to create a new one and to enter the username you were assigned. Your username is as follows: your first name and surname separated by a hyphen. Do not use accents, the ç, the apostrophe or any other typographic sign; for example, Francois-ONeil is an example of a username. You can also check your username by clicking on “Forgot your username?” and following the instructions to have it forwarded to your email address.
To access your account, please follow these steps:
- Click on “Forgot your password?”
- Then, click on the “Lost Password” box and enter your username (your first name and surname separated by a hyphen) and your email address. Click on “Send Password”.
- A temporary password will be sent to your email address. If you do not see the message, check your junk mail or spam folder. Subsequently, go to the "Member Login" section, enter your username and your temporary password.
- You are now in your account and are able to enter your personal information and to register. We recommend that you change your temporary password to create a permanent one in the “Edit My Information” section under the “Members” tab.
For new members, please click on "Create an Account" to provide the required information to set up your account.
